Further to English Athletics advice,
From 15th June and every Tuesday thereafter. A run will be organised and advertised by 2 of our club members. I.E. 2 members will lead 2 groups. A total of 6 in each group.
Each member will plan and advertise their own session. These will be offered on a first come first served basis.
