    Our Summer Handicap is held on the Nutbrook trail. This is a 5k race with staggered starts based  on your current 5k time. This ensures a mad cap finish and lots of people driving each other on to improve their times

    And there we have it, Summer IRC Handicap 5k is done for another year

    Thanks to all that came along tonight to run or marshal

    2 potential new members were first man & woman to cross the line (Ben & Hannah), but Lewis Whiting was very hot on their heels. Great effort everyone.

    Crackin’ atmosphere and some strong finishers tonight

    Congratulations to our Ladies Captain Sonia who finished 1st (winning the Derby Runner voucher) and a spot prize to Josie for a super determined finish. There was also a new PB for Ben Hurdis

    Great evening, well done to the 17 runners out tonight and a big thanks to Sarah Louise Henshaw, Catherine Hughes, Sue Bates and Ros Johnson for helping out. First back and the winner of the Derby Runner voucher was Bridget Langton-Leivers and Ben Hurdis took home the spot prize for coming second. Well done both
