    Q - Do I need to be fit?
    A - Our Social runs are typically 5-6 Mile (8-10k) in distance and take around 55-65 Mins so as long as you can run that you will be fine
    Q - Do you need to be fast to be in a running club?
    A - We usually have 3 pace groups on our Social runs (8-9 Min Mile), (9-10 Min Mile) and (10-11 Min Mile)
    Q - Will I need fancy gear?
    A - Not at all most of our runs are done on either Road surface or trails. You will need a head/Body torch and bright clothing for the Winter Months 
    Q - Where and When is it ?
    A - We run Tuesdays and Thursdays normally 7pm at the Rutland but check out our Training Schedule for full details
    Q - Can i do a Test run before joining ?
    A - Absoultley ! Just get in touch with us so we know you are coming and what pace group you would like to run in and one of our amazing members will look after you on the night 
    Q - What if I cant keep up ?
    A - Dont worry the Group leader will be there to support you and make sure you are not left behind.
